Directions	Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults, begin by taking 1 capsule to assess your individual tolerance. Thereafter consume 2-3 capsules for a more pronounced effect. Product is most effective when consumed on an empty stomach or with light food. Do not consume more than 2 servings in any 24 hour period.
