Take 1-2 Soft Gels daily with meals to satisfy your daily requirements for Omega-3 fatty acids as well as EPA & DHA. Storage Instructions: Protect from heat and freezing. Keep away from local space heat sources such as space heaters and radiators. Do not expose to direct sunlight or leave in vehicle exposed to sunlight.
