Directions
|
Take 3 capsules twice daily. On training days, take one serving (3 capsules) with water prior to training and one serving (3 capsules) within 30 minutes after training. On non-training days, take one serving (3 capsules) in the A.M. and another serving in the P.M. C2 Strength can be taken on an empty stomach or with a meal. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day for best results. Store in a cool dry place. Protect from heat, light and moisture.
